You'll love her overlays more! Dip is a colored Acrylic powder and glue resin. Overlay, in contrast, utilizes quality colored acrylic laid with a brush to achieve perfectly applied structure and shine.

One more note Jennifer does not use regular polish in any of her services.

All services are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please note that requesting a refund will result in being unable to book future services. However, Jennifer is happy to offer repairs. Any broken nails within seven days of application will be repaired at no charge, within reason. Please be aware that any additional nail art or extras on the repaired nails will incur an additional fee.

♦ NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions. A deposit is required to secure your appointment when booking online. If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to a new appointment, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before your original appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a different deposit will be required to secure a new appointment time.

♦ NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY
While missed appointments can happen, intentional no-shows or repeated missed appointments will not be tolerated. If you have missed an appointment without prior communication, you will be required to schedule online and pay a deposit to book future services. Jennifer reserves the right to refuse service to clients who have previously missed appointments without notice.

♦ SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel at short notice. If an emergency arises, please text 865.268.9391 as soon as possible. However, outright skipping an appointment without rescheduling will result in being charged the full cost of the missed appointment. You will receive an invoice that must be paid in full within 48 hours.
